Tyrants desire to disarm people

To the editor:

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Remember the Dick Act of 1902; also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654?

D.J. Smith noted that this law invalidates all so-called gun control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The first is the organized militia (National Guard of the States), the unorganized militia (we the people), and the regular army. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute right and God-given second amendment right to keep and bear arms of military type as they are a recognized military force.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainer and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The President of the U.S. has zero authority to call the national guard to serve outside of their states’ borders without violating the constitution.

Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft: The National Guard cannot be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the U.S.

Our Constitutional Law still stands in waiting for our legislators to obey for which they swore and oath to uphold. President Washington said “Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American peoples’ liberty teeth and keystone under independence … From the hour the pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to ensure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable. … The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that’s good.”

All tyrants desire to disarm their people to make them helpless. John Adams said a armed man is a citizen, a unarmed man is a subject. The unorganized militia is the Constitutional Homeland Security.

Assault is a behavior, not a gun, one does not shoot to kill, but stay alive.

Domestic enemies/oath breakers who use the office of government as a bully pulpit to redefine or overthrow our Constitution/Bill of Rights need to be prosecuted in a Court of Law, stripped of their citizenship and sent to a godless dictatorship like North Korea to live their dream. It would be compassionate since they despise living under the mandates of our Constitution/Bill of Rights.
