BrewFest was a big success

To the editor:

Thanks to all who played a part in the success of the Fourth Annual Keweenaw Brewfest.

The many people and businesses of the Greater Keweenaw Community who made generous donations, provided services in-kind and volunteered their time to make this Fourth Keweenaw Brewfest a great success. Without everyone who participated, it could not have happened.

Once again, the event brought together over 1,200 people from our region on another spectacular afternoon to sample over 150 different beers from over 40 different breweries. Fantastic food was provided by: Pilgrim River Steakhouse, Carmelita’s, Rockhouse Grill, and Portage Health Food Service.

Please patronize and thank the food providers mentioned above and the sponsors listed below for their support:

Their mission is to promote philanthropy, develop and manage permanent endowments from a broad range of donors, and award charitable grants that enhance the quality of life in the Greater Keweenaw Community.

Thanks again to all who helped and participated. See you in 2014.
