Responsibilty to planet, people
To the Editor:
God had a dream, He created a perfect environment and a perfect people to inhabit it. Most people know the rest of the story.
Fast forward to the Babylonian empire, Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, had a dream that depicted the history of the world (read the story in Daniel 2 in the Bible).
Fast forward again to Daniel 12:4. “But you Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” I believe that last day increase in knowledge is technical and Biblical.
Fast forward again to time of Abraham Lincoln and his dream to abolish slavery.
Fast foward again to Dr. Martin Lutheran King Jr. and his “I have a dream” speech, at the Lincoln Memorial.
Last spring Dr. Ben Carson spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast. His dream is to address our health care system and our nation debt using common sense and Bible principles.
My dream, as I wrote in my earlier article, is to create a cleaner environment, save energy and natural resources through a life style change and products I have developed.
We have some of the best facilities and people that I know personally and locally that need the work and want to produce these products.
I had contact with the state of Michigan on procuring passenger buses last week, and they are still very interested in what we have to offer.
A small amount of investment would bring millions of dollars to the area.
God still has a dream to have the perfect environment, and it is prophesied that it will happen, but while we are here we have the responsibility to do our best for people and the planet.
