Christmas Walk was a success

Hancock Business and Professionals Association would like to thank the following people and organizations for helping to make our annual Christmas Walk that was held on Friday, November 29 a success.

Ramada Inn, Shottle Bop, Daily Mining Gazette, Superior National Bank, Fiber Whims, Northwoods Sporting Goods, The Flower Shop, McGann’s Building Supply, Sew Sisters, Northern Auto, Copper Crown – Magnuson Hotel, Holiday Station Store, Amy J’s Pasty & Bake Shop, Hancock City -Campground, Dave’s BP, Kaleva Cafe, Portage Health and Pat’s Foods. A big thank you goes out to the City Crew, City of Hancock, Hancock’s Fire Department, Hancock’s Junior ROTC, WMPL/Mix 93, Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union and our three judges, Ruthann Smith, John Haeussler, and Deb Mann. Mainly thanks to all the businesses who stayed open late just for the Walk, and to the many customers who participated in the excitement of the night.

Last but not least, thank you to Bill Labissoniere for doing a terrific job, and thanks to SANTA for making all the children smile.
