Great Start says ‘thanks’

The Copper Country Great Start Collaborative and the Parent Coalition would like to thank the following groups for their participation and support in making the 2014 Baraga County Spring Fling a success: Baraga County Memorial Hospital, Baraga Area Schools, L’Anse Area Schools, Sacred Heart School, BHK Child Development Board, Great Start to Quality Upper Peninsula Resource Center, Baraga County 4-H and MSU Extension, Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College, KBOCC Early Childhood Department, KBIC Natural Resource Department, Superior Child Abuse Prevention Council and the KBIC Youth Club. There were more than 87 adults and 169 children who participated in this year’s event.

We would also like to thank Heather Jahfetson who was the Spring Fling Committee Chairperson. She spent numerous hours preparing for the event and with her hard work and vision the Baraga County Spring Fling was a success.
