Spring carnival packed them in

After a long winter, where terms like Polar Vortex and Storm Seneca became household names, the Houghton Elementary School annual spring carnival, held on Saturday, April 12, was packed with families in search of good, old fashioned, snow-free fun. Houghton-Portage Township Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) sincerely thanks the local community for once again supporting the event our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Houghton Elementary PTO fundraises so our young learners don’t have to. Each year, PTO helps to fund field trips, purchase school equipment, books, and more.
